By accessing or using the services of MRM Al Quran Academy ("the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

The Academy provides online courses in Islamic studies. To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your enrollment at any time for reasons including but not limited to: course availability, errors in the description or price of the course, or other reasons.

All fees for courses are described on the respective course pages. Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise specified.

• Registration Fees: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Course Fees Refund (within 24 hours): A 100% refund of the course fee can be claimed within 24 hours of enrollment. Please note that any applicable transaction or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Course Fees Refund (within 7 days): A 70% refund of the course fee can be claimed within 7 days (168 hours) of enrollment. No refund requests will be entertained after this period has passed.
• Refund Process & Conditions: To request a refund, you must create a support ticket via the 'Help Section' in your student dashboard or contact our email support at info@mrmalquran.com. No refund will be processed without prior notification through these official channels. For any issue, you must first contact our support team to attempt a resolution before a refund can be considered.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MRM Al Quran Academy. Our content may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall MRM Al Quran Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
